Opera 10 is fast, clutter free and easy to use.

Upgraded my Opera browser to 10 and I have to say I am really impressed with it. It's very fast loading and minimal clutter. They have really done well on the usability with most of the actions consolidated to a single click.

The graphical look is more pleasing as well. My only issue I have is that the logo has a look of being cut off and I think that is distracting for people. It makes me wonder if I am having a display issue with the browser.
